Our website explains dental care in plain words so you can decide what to do next. These pages are general information, not a diagnosis. For advice about your own teeth, book a visit or call us at (604) 238-6666.
Who writes our pages
Our web team at Elementera drafts our treatment and health pages with help from an AI writing assistant. The draft starts from the clinic's own facts (our services, hours, languages and fees policy) and from the public sources listed below.
A page that says "Written with help from an AI writing assistant and checked by Dr. ___ on <date>" was checked by that dentist on that date. We only add that line after the check has happened.
Who checks them
Before a health page says it was checked, one of our dentists reads it and confirms the treatment facts are right for our clinic.
Our dentists are reviewing these pages. This list fills in as each review is recorded.
The sources we use
We base health and coverage information on public sources and link to them where a page relies on them:
Patient reviews are shown as what patients said about their visit. We do not use them as medical evidence.
Dates and updates
Blog posts show the date they were first published. A health page shows a "Last reviewed" date when someone checked the whole page again. We change a date only when the content was checked or changed, not for small fixes such as a typo or a new photo.
We review our treatment pages about every three months and when a rule or a coverage program such as the Canadian Dental Care Plan changes.
How to report an error
We check every report. If the page is wrong, we correct it and update its date.
