DTC Dental Treatment Center is a family dental clinic at 6011 No. 1 Rd, Unit 120, Richmond, BC. Dental services are provided through Dr. Ghadiri Dental Corp., a health profession corporation. This policy explains what happens to information you share on this website, dentistryrichmond.ca. We handle personal information under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What this website collects

Appointment requests. When you send the booking form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, your message and whether you agreed to text messages. The form is provided by HighLevel (LeadConnector), the system our front desk uses to reply to patients, and your request is stored there.

Phone calls. If you reach this website from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number. Google then reports the time and length of the call and the caller's area code, so we can tell that the ad led to a call.

Website use. We use cookies and similar tools to understand how the website is used: Google Analytics (pages visited, device type and approximate location), Google Ads conversion measurement (whether a visit from an ad led to a form or a call) and Microsoft Clarity (clicks, scrolling and session replays). Search Atlas helps us improve how the site appears in search. Webflow hosts the website and Cloudflare protects it; both keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses.

The booking form runs in its own secure frame, so the analytics and replay tools do not read what you type in it.

How we use it

We use it to reply to your request and book your visit, to send the appointment messages you agreed to, and to learn which pages and ads help patients find us so we can improve them. We do not sell personal information.

Google Ads measurement

When you send the booking form after clicking a Google ad, we may share a one-way encrypted (hashed) copy of the email address or phone number you entered with Google, so Google can match your request to the ad click. When a request turns into a booked visit, we may tell Google that the booking came from that ad click. We never send Google any health information. Google uses this data under its customer data policies to measure ad results.

Text messages

Agreeing to text messages on the form is optional. If you agree, we may text you about your request and your appointments. Reply STOP to any message to stop them.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can turn off personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can ask us at any time to stop sending you messages.

Your dental records

Health history, x-rays and treatment notes you give us as a patient are kept in the clinic's patient records, not on this website, and are handled under the clinic's patient privacy practices. Ask our front desk if you have questions about them.

Access, corrections and questions

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask any privacy question.
