Seafair Shopping Centre, at No. 1 Road and Francis Road, is the easiest starting point. From there, DTC is a straight run north on No. 1 Road: we're on the west side, just before Westminster Highway, with Terra Nova Village across the highway.
Stops and ride times come from TransLink's schedule data (October 2026); check TransLink for today's times. Walking routes and more landmarks are on our Terra Nova clinic page.
Seafair is a neighbourhood of families and long-time residents: about 1 in 5 of its roughly 16,000 residents is 65 or older, and about 1 in 7 is under 15 (2021 Census). We look after all of them under one roof.
We're open Tuesday to Saturday, including Saturdays, so a visit can fit around work and school. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours.

Yes. About 45% of Seafair residents can hold a conversation in a Chinese language (2021 Census), and our team speaks Mandarin and Cantonese as well as English and Farsi. Tell us your preferred language when you book. Our main information is also in Chinese: 简体中文 and 繁體中文.
Every fee follows the BC Dental Association fee guide with no markup, and you get a written estimate before treatment. We bill CDCP and most major insurance plans directly, and if you have no insurance you pay the same fee guide rates as everyone else. How our fees work
We keep time for same-day emergency visits Tuesday to Saturday when available, for new and existing patients, including Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
